Class Description: The class is designed to explore the pelvic region and the interrelationship between the groins and hip and the corresponding relationship between the sacrum and pubic bone. The class will be composed of standing poses, inversions with variations and seated poses.

Note: Participants should have good solid understanding of basic postures; up to 10 minute sirsasana / sarvangasana. Please bring sticky mat, 4 belts, foam blocks and blankets for shoulder stand.
