Class Description: B.K.S. Iyengar has often stated that the practise of asana is a meditation in action, and talked of "repose in pose". This class is aimed to contrast different approaches to a set of postures and comparing the roles that the body, breath and mind play in orchestrating the posture.

Note: Participants should have good solid understanding of basic postures; and up to 10 minute sirsasana / sarvangasana. Please bring sticky mat, blocks, foam pads + blankets for sitting and shoulder stand.
