Introspective Reflection in Forward Bends

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / SivaPrinciples / Middling to Intense (Adhimatra)

Class Description: An exploration of forward movements from the extension in the legs and how that reflects in the back, to the integration of the breath in non-violent action, especially with regards to those of a stiffer disposition.
