Pranayama Practice for Experienced Students

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Middling (Madhya)

Class Description: Contrary to popular belief, pranayama is NOT about breathing more, but about learning to breathing less without strain. Learning to quiet the breath is tantamont to quieting the mind. In this class we will practice a couple of asana to prepare the body, and then focus on the pranayama, both lying and sitting.

Please NoteParticipants should have some prior experience in pranayama and bring three to four blankets, an eye cover, and a sticky mat.
