Restorative Yoga

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Middling (Madhya)

Class Description: We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. Interestingly, physiologists tell us that rest is equally important as sleep. In this class we will learn about the three stages of savasana and how we can enter them with our whole being. Most of our time together will be spent in practice.

Please NoteYou will need: sticky mat, block, bolster (if possible), as many as 5 blankets and eye cover.
