Absorbing the Foundation of Yoga

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Middling (Madhya)

INSTRUCTOR:
 Maxine Tobias

Class Description: Learn how to use your body optimally in each posture. This is learning not doing. Standing Asanas will be the module for all other types of asanas.

Please NoteThe emphasis of this class will be on standing poses. Some experience of yoga recommended. Bring enough blankets or your foam block for shoulder stands etc.
