Class Description: Learn how to use your body optimally in each posture. This is learning not doing. Standing Asanas will be the module for all other types of asanas.

Note: The emphasis of this class will be on standing poses. Some experience of yoga recommended. Bring enough blankets or your foam block for shoulder stands etc.
