Note: Participants should be able to push up from the floor with relative ease into urdva dhanurasana. They should also try to hold sirsasana for 5 minutes and be able to hold a steady salamba sarvangasana and be ready to work on the variations Bring any proprs you need: E.g. two blocks of same size. Two belts. Blankets or foam support for shoulderstand. Blanket for headstand and/or for knee support in seated asanas. If menstruating, try to have access to a bolster.
