Recharging the Body Battery

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Mild (Mrdu)

Class Description: We all know what it feels when we become exhausted, listless, either through overwork, illness or disharmony with ourselves. This class is to help restore balance to the body and fortify the endocrine system (the body's immunity) with selected passive postures and pranayama.

Please NotePlease bring sticky mat, 1 or 2 bolsters, 2 or 3 belts, foam blocks, 3 blankets
