Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Mild (Mrdu) to Middling (Madhya)

Class Description: This is a general class aimed at presenting the basics of alignment and correct extension, coupled with adjustment and refinement. (Emphasis will be placed on standing postures).
