How To Use Props To Get A Measure of Your Asana

Class Description: In this class you will explore how to work with a wide variety of props as described by B.K.S.Iyengar to self assess your asana towards improved alignment.stability,extension and sensitivity in your already existing practise. This is a class for people with an established practise who want to become advanced in beginners asanas while learning and re-confirming the use of a wide variety of props.

Please Note1yrs experience advised; preferably, but not neccesarily, of Iyengar Yoga. Also suitable for those who need to work with support / Older people / Those with simple injuries etc. Bring 1 mat, 2 bricks, 4 belts, 4 blankets
