Class Description: The position of the skull on top of the neck is crucial to aligning the spine and to freeing up tension in and around the brain. This class is designed to reduce strain in the throat, upper neck and jaw area in order to free up the "gateway to Brahma" at the base of the skull. Releasing this area can reduce headaches, eye strain, insomnia and facilitate the practice of pratyhara or the internalization of sensory awareness.
