Class Description:  This class is about understanding the origin of personal and global conflict, and how applied yogic principles of Patanjali can be the basis for social and political transformation. Since 1984, Rama organized over 200 conferences, forums and exchanges between the US and USSR, including the first Soviet-American Citizen's Summit in Washington, D.C. She was the US Coordinator of the first Israeli-Arab-International conference, "Yoga for Peace in the Middle East and in the World" in Jerusalem, the "Uniting the Americas through Yoga" conference, in Central America and the conference, "Women of Vision: Leadership for a New World" at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.
