   Rama Jyoti Vernon

Class Description:  Based on theory and experiential practice, Rama Jyoti Vernon leads participants through various stages of Viloma pranayama, first observing the breath which reflects our modus operandi, and then relating how we change the course of the breath to change the course of our life.

Please Note: Suitable for all levels of yoga expertise especially for those experiencing fatigue, weakness or stress.
