Pranayama in the tradition of Krishnamacharya

Class Description: Krishnamacharya taught that Pranayama was perhaps the most
important part of practice for the 'mid-day' stage of life, beginning in the
late 20's and extending into the 70's. In this experiential workshop,
participants will explore both the teachings and practices of this profound
science through lecture, dialogue and a practice that will integrate asana
and pranayama in the tradition transmitted by Krishnamacharya.
