Class Description: As the baby boomers reach the golden years, practicing asana becomes less about physical exertion and more about how to utilize our energy body effectively. The more we learn to tune in to the flow of energy in our bodies as we practice, the more we can reduce the amount of energy we use and the more energy we will have at our disposal. Whatever age or level, this class will focus on aligning ourselves and going with the energy flow.
