Pranayama: The Art of Quieting the Mind with Breath

Class Description: This class will offer breathing practices that can encourage the practitioner to learn the art of surrendering the mind being the soul of intelligence, to the heart being the the Soul of Consciousness. As we quiet all the thoughts that distract us in daily life, we rediscover our true self and open our hearts. Meditation will be included in the class.
