Class Description: The three trimesters of pregnancy pose challenges and vulnerabilities for the expectant mother. This workshop shows how to fine tune yoga asana and pranayama to accommodate the prenatal students changing body, strengthen and promote health for her and her baby and prepare her for delivery.
