Some Notes to Help You Select Your Classes (4) (1, 2, 3, 5)

Levels of Practice and Experience

Mild (Mrdu)
Middling (Madhya)
Intense (Adhimatra)

Mild (Mrdu)
For students close to the beginning of their practice. Not wanting to go too fast or too far too quickly. Possibly having minor issues, problems or injuries they are still working through. (See mild classes on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Middling (Madhya)
For intermediate students who have learned to be steady and watch themselves and are comfortable with what they are doing. (See middling classes on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Intense (Adhimatra)
For students well-drilled and grounded in their form of practice, having a strong dance or sports and workout background, confident in their ability to take care of themselves and whose bodies and physique present them with no issues of concern to them or to the teacher. See intense classes on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
