Pranayama for Beginnners

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Mild (Mrdu)

 Ramanand Patel

Class Description: Technic of observing the normal breathing pattern in supine position will be introduced. Then a step by step approach to how to convert this normal breath into ujjayi pranayama will be examined. Beginning concepts of observing the brain diaphragm will be taught.
