Asana Practice Based On Padangustasana Series To Yoga Nidrasana -- A Pranic Approach

Class Description: This class will be devoted to back bends, intense twists, arm balances and inversions. The approach taken will be to seek safe penetration from physical to organic to pranic work in asana practice.

Note: Students in this class will be expected to be familiar with organic approach to back bends and twists. They will be expected to hold these poses for up to 30 minutes. The class is not suitable for those needing therapeutic work. Please bring (in order of preference) one sticky mat, two identical belts, two identical blocks, four firm blankets, one chair, one bolster.
