Twists, Hips and Arm Balances
Type: Sat (Asana/Pranayama / Visnu Practice / Middling (Madhya)
INSTRUCTOR: Ros Bell
Class Description: This session will include twisting asanas and asanas that work on both mobility and stability of the hips. We will also do some arm balances, and find out about the synergies between these challenging postures and the twists and balances.
