Class Description: New to yoga, or new to Iyengar yoga, maybe with a body that doesn't seem to work like those bendy people in yoga magazines? Or just wanting to reinforce the key fundamentals of those important introductory postures? This class is open to anyone interested in learning to practice Iyengar yoga, or in consolidating their practice, and will focus on asanas (postures) that most beginners can safely attempt. .
