Preparation For Achieving Bakasana

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / VisnuPractice / Middling (Madhya)

Class Description: This class will show a way to prepare the body to achieve Bakasana. It requires the student to be capable of an independent Sirsasana.s.

Please NoteThe class can be taken as an independent experience. Please bring a mat, wooden blocks, 4 dense foam blocks (if available), sufficient blankets for Sarvangasana (minimum of 3) and two straps.
