Class Description: Progression from beginner to injdependent achievement. In this class you will be shown that through careful preparation and better
understanding independent inversions can be achieved and may be followed by
some basic variations in inversions.

Note: The class can be taken as an independent experience. Please bring a mat, wooden blocks, 4 dense foam blocks (if available), sufficient blankets for Sarvangasana (minimum of 3) and two straps.
