"The Road to Padmasana" (for Beginners)

Class Description: A class that includes a sequence recommended to me by Guruji in 1975 to help
me achieve Padamasana. It provides a progression for beginners to achieve
the pose safely.

Note: The class can be taken as an independent experience. Please bring a mat, wooden blocks, 4 dense foam blocks (if available), sufficient blankets for Sarvangasana (minimum of 3) and two straps.
