Backbends Without Tears

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Middling (Madhya)

Class Description: A class that shows how to achieve backbends with the correct action and sequence to provide joy, particularly for those beginning in the asanas.

Please NoteThe class can be taken as an independent experience. Please bring a mat, wooden blocks, 4 dense foam blocks (if available), sufficient blankets for Sarvangasana (minimum of 3) and two straps.
