Class Description: A simple exploration of our breath matrixes, using ujayi and viloma techniques

Please NoteFamiliarity with inversions plus minimum 1 year regular yoga practice required. Class is NOT SUITABLE for remedial or menstruating students. Please bring sticky mat, belt, brick, 4 or 5 blankets or foam blocks; plus bolster if possible. Please also bring a bandage.
