Note: A requirement of 8 mins sirsasana & 10 mins sarvangasana. Class is NOT SUITABLE for remedial or menstruating students. Please bring sticky mat, belt, brick, 4 or 5 blankets or foam blocks; plus a bolster if possible. Also please bring a bandage.
