Class Description: A programme of careful asanas to help ease back ache and to keep a pain free back.

Please NoteFor people with general backache -- but not for 'slipped disc' or nerve involvment. Also for teachers interested in the subject. If possible try to have access to chair, two wooden bricks, foam blocks, bolster, two blankets, belt.
