Yoga Practice and the Menstrual Cycle
Type: Sat (Asana/Pranayama / Brahma Foundation Visnu Practice/ Mild (Mrdu)

Class Description: Guidance on yoga practise throughout the menstrual cycle and during menstruation. A supine, seated and forward bend practise will be conducted.

Note: Suitable for all women of menstrual age -- menstruating or not -- and yoga teachers. Please try to have bolster, 3 blankets, sticky mat, belt, chair and foam blocks or setubhanda bench.
