Strength and Stability for Inversions

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / VisnuPractice SivaPrinciples / Middling (Madhya) Intense (Adhimatra)

Class Description: Preparation for inversions -- direction of arms, shoulders, spine etc building up to the practise of sirsana and sarvangasana and also to include hand balance and elbow balance (preparatory or full poses).

Please NoteNot for beginners. Not suitable for menstruating women or people with neck problems, high blood pressure, heart problems, osteoporosis, eye or ear problems. Bring sticky, mat, 2 bricks, 3 blankets, belt and foam blocks if possible
