Beginning Pranayama (Part II of a 2-Part Series)

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Mild (Mrdu)

INSTRUCTOR:
 Felicity Green

Class Description: For students who wish to start a pranayama practice, or who have tried and failed to maintain it. Students need to have practiced Asana for at least 4 years. Pranayama II will review inhalation and then continue on to examine Ujjayi Exhalation.

Please NoteIt is not possible to attend Part II without previously having attended Part I. Students should bring 3 blankets, 2 blocks, and adequate clothing to guarantee that they stay warm.
