How To Progress In Backbends

Class Description: In this stimulating class you will discover by practising how to improve your ability to practise backbends,through correct sequencing.This class will allow you to release some of the fears which accumulate in life[and perhaps from past lives]while bringing renewed self confidence and vitality.You will improve your understanding of how to practise backbends successfully at home.

Note: A mitimum of 6-9 months practice required. Please bring 2 wooden/foam blocks, 1 mat,1 belt, 4 blankets.
