Class Description: Here we will see how asana and specific groups of asana help us understand how their background is space and this comes naturally from our intuition of quietude (shantarasa).

Note: 10 mn Sirsasana, sarvangasana. Urdhva dhanursasana from floor and with arms straight. Class is NOT SUITABLE for remedial or menstruating students. Bring sticky mat, belt, brick, 4 blankets or foam blocks; plus bolster if possible. Please also bring a bandage.
