Class Description: As a yogi and yoga teacher who raised five children and maintained a full-time practice, Annemieke has a good understanding of yoga and the role it can play in daily life. Her class will be a fun experience that aims to provide participants with a good foundation for a daily practice grounded in the real world -- both on and off the mat.
