Twists: How To Start, and How To Go Within

Type:  Sat (Asana/Pranayama / BrahmaFoundation / Mild (Mrdu)

 Agnes Mineur

Class Description: Agnes will expertly instruct participants on the best ways to prepare for the experience of moving their bodies into twists. In particular, she will show students with both verbal and non-verbal corrections and instructions, how they can first balance in an equilibrium of mind and body, and then begin to go deeper internally in standing, stitting, and lying down twisting asanas.

Please NoteOpen to all levels of experience. Please bring two wooden blocks, two belts, two blankets, and a sticky mat.
