Class Description: Agnes likes to teach students personally by leading and correcting them. She then wants to see, by the movements of their bodies, that they have really understood what she has tried to impart. It is Agnes' belief that when students truly and deeply experience the engaging beauty of limbs rightly aligned, they will be rewarded with the inner warmth and glow of that thoroughly unifying experience.
